CurrentSince 2017 I'm managing Z-Finance, Z-Revenue, accounting service, reporting (DataSource, AQuA), multi entity, product catalog, billing and revpro integration, billing SOAP / REST framework, localization, timezone, tenant clone / deletion / metrics.From 2013 to 2016, I also managed other programs and teams responsible for subscription, billing&rating, invoicing, advanced AR settlement, payment operations, payment gateway integrations. Some notable achievements include:1. Lead team reinvented accounting feature and migrated existing tenants from Monolithic to Microservices. New accounting service was first micro service in Zuora provided seamless migration experiences to live tenants. 2. Architected, designed and built Advanced AR Settlement (1 of 5 major features in Z-Billing product) from scratch, while owning both functional design and technical design. 3. Initiated, designed and built Open Payment Gateway, reduced payment gateway integration time from 3 to 6 months to 2 to 4 weeks, enabled Zuora gateway integration coverage from 8 (over 4 years) to 30+ (over 2 years). 4. 5+ years incident management responsibilities across all customers facing environments.5. Quality owner (for 10 months) for core billing product before Zuora went public, drove core billing product and system's reliability, availability, scalability and performance.
