My role is to provide technical and product support to the Commercial Vehicle dealer network and Mercedes-Benz customers in the Irish market. My roles and responsibilities include the following. • Providing both on site and remote technical support for the Commercial Vehicle dealer network in the Irish market. I am responsible for, supporting dealers in resolving complex technical complaints, answering customer product queries, providing technical and product support to fleet customers. • Where required, I would provide onsite technical and diagnosis support to the Mercedes- Benz dealer network. • I would regularly collaborate with the technical specialists at factory level to resolve major field technical complaints. • My team are responsible for providing direct support to certain VIP customers such as the National Ambulance Service and the ESB. • I have delivered Mercedes-Benz technical training courses to the Commercial Vehicle dealer network and Mercedes-Benz fleet customers on a national level. This technical training would include both electric and combustion powered Mercedes-Benz Vans and Trucks. • I have designed, developed and delivered technical training for Mercedes-Benz Vans. This would include in person training as well as developing an online training curriculum for Mercedes-Benz Vans and Daimler Truck dealers. • I provide interdepartmental support to the Mercedes-Benz Ireland Commercial Vehicle Sales Team in relation to completing tenders, factory orders, meeting clients to plan and deliver technically complex customer requests. • I have been solely responsible for the launch of various Mercedes applications in the Irish market. This would include an online booking tool for Irish Mercedes-Benz Van customers and the testing and helping develop Daimler Trucks new online portal.

• From the 1st of June 2015 I was responsible for controlling all aspects of Honda Ireland and Pilsen Skoda warranty claims. •In this role I was responsible for handling all of Honda Irelands warranty claims for over 50 nationwide dealers. •I was responsible for processing warranty all claims to Honda’s international factories and submitting credit notes to Honda’s national network of dealers. During this time I was solely for all outgoing and incoming funds from Honda’s international factories •I have managed and submitted all warranty claims for all Honda Ireland’s network of dealers. During this time I liaised and advised the dealer network and Honda motor Europe on all warranty matters•I had the responsibility of launching Honda Irelands recalls on their products. By doing this I had the responsibility of developing all recall lists, educating dealers and ensuring all owners are notified of any product development and recalls. During these periods I would provide support for both the public and dealers. •As part of Honda Ireland’s sales and team I am responsible for selling and advising repairs on a diverse range of products. These products include Honda Lawn and Garden, motorcycles, power equipment, marine Equipment and KTM Motorcycles to both the public and a national network of dealers•I am used to working in a target driven environment meeting and exceeding sales targets as well as targets for chargeable workshop hours and Honda Ireland’s sales targets. •Throughout my time in the motor industry I have gained a substantial level of training and experience using Kerridge systems.

• During the time of July 2010 until my departure in September 2012 I worked as a senior Technician. During this time I was responsible carrying out repairs on both KIA and Nissan passenger cars and commercial vehicles. • I was responsible for dealing with customers regarding any retail or warranty work on KIA and Nissan vehicles. • From July 2010 to September 2012 I was responsible for training apprentices and ensuring all apprentices mechanical work was carried out to a high standard.• I represented Dunleas dealership for all training courses on Nissan and KIA models between 2010-2012. • I am an expert in KIA and Nissan diagnostic systems.
