Responsible for the operations and strategy development/implementation for a network of over 2,200 ATMs in 15 states. Strategic Direction: Serve as a core team member and subject matter expert for Capital One's ATM and Debit strategy development team. Develop and implement the strategic direction of ATM services for Capital One. Acquisitions and Integration: Led the ATM work stream for various integrations both at Capital One and at Hibernia National Bank. Vendor/Supplier Relations: Responsible for the relationship with all ATM related service providers. These providers include 5th /3rd Processing, eFunds/FIS, Diebold, NCR, Pendum, Dunbar, and ATA Services. Responsibilities involve contract procurement activities, service levels monitoring and invoice processing. Disaster Management, Planning and Testing: Responsible for the development, testing and execution of the disaster recovery plan for the Capital One ATM network. Successful execution of the plan was evident with minimal loss of assets following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, Dolly and Gustav in recent years.

Responsible for the management of Key Accounts in Louisiana and Mississippi. Partnered with area Banks to ensure they were able to meet their strategic goals with quality service to their terminals. Assisted in the development of Y2K plans for the Key Accounts and crafted service agreements that would help both Diebold and our partners.
