CommercialIn my last company I was responsible for raising Service Level Agreements for various equipment's required by our company to complete & deliver the product to the stakeholder (MOD)These SLA included the hire of various plant moving machinery at a competitive rate. This was based on the type of machine & length of hire agreement. It also included the maintenance & breakdown/repair. I was also tasked with raising SLA or as we sometimes referred to as Scheduled Agreements where a contracted company would maintain our minimum stocking levels of a wide range of fasteners. Other Schedule Agreements negotiated were also in place (using SAP as the MRP System)  where the negotiated fixed price of a machined components are to be delivered at a set amount over a set period of time (usually 12 months) I was also responsible for buying numerous consumable products required to maintain a satellite store with everything from Adhesives, Lubricants through to waste disposal & general maintenance using various procurement methods (MRP System & Cooperate Purchase Cards)StrategicI am in my present role responsible for sourcing & managing a number of low cost G8 countries (companies are based in Poland) This over a number of years has ensured we as a business remain competitive in our market place & I visit these on a regular basis to ensure they are complying with our procurement specification & manufacturing specifications using a ISO 9001-2008,14001 & 18001 Audit procedure as our tool. We also employee various quality tools to ensure we maximize the total amount of rejects/concessions as this is a significant cost saving to our company if they are managed correctly. These include Six Sigma,5 Whys & Fishbone & data is measured using these tools on a weekly basis to ensure we identify trends.
