I have been working in this role for over four years, and I have more than 18 years of experience in customer service and control engineering within the water industry.My core competencies include water sampling, IOSH, lighting, and telemetry, which I apply to ensure the quality and safety of Scotland's water supply and environment. I also have a Higher National Diploma in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management and Recycling Technology, which reflects my passion and knowledge for this field.
