William (Billy) Barton is the owner of Barton’s Tax and Accounting Service which serves small businesses in Raleigh, NC, the Triangle, and surrounding areas. A Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with 35 years accounting and tax experience, Billy and his staff consistently “go the extra mile” for their clients by making their accounting and tax experience easy and stress-free. Billy has a solid track record of providing his clients expert accounting and tax knowledge that saves them money and helps them focus on their success and growth.Billy’s accounting experience contains a nice mix of industry and public accounting service. His industry accounting experience includes stints with heavy manufacturing and construction companies where he did every accounting function you can think of, including a large dose of job costing. On the public accounting side, he owned and operated a Jackson Hewitt Tax Service franchise where he honed his deep tax knowledge. He also spent five years as a human resources manager, providing him with a unique perspective from other accountants when it comes to offering payroll services.Barton’s Tax and Accounting Service currently serves clients in many industries, including services, retail, construction, real estate, restaurant, wholesale, and more.
