Graduated with a First-Class Honours in BA Airline and Airport Management from Buckinghamshire New University has provided me with the experience in critically analysing and evaluating multiple aspects of the aviation industry and its shareholders. Conversely, I have over 6 years of customer service experience in various roles necessitating self-motivation, a positive response to pressure, the ability to adapt to various roles and scenarios, and an entrepreneurial spirit. In terms of Aviation industry experience, I am currently the specialist sale executive at IAG Cargo, which my roles specialises in the sales of Live Animals, Human Remains, Life sciences, and High valued goods on IAGs network and interline agreements
