After 3 enlightening and incredibly enjoyable years at Peggs & Son I have continued my consistent growth to proudly be Assistant manager of the best independent menswear store in Brighton and arguably the UK

I progressed from full-time sales assistant to the Supervisor position within 6 months, and continued to excel and progress. Eventually Working in the role of Assistant Manager, once the position became vacant.

I worked as bartender and waiter within the restaurant as well as in the upstairs cocktail bar. This was the second bar/restaurant I worked in within the same company due to my visa only allowing me 6 months within a single venue. The job required me to revise and inform people on the expansive wine wall, as well as adapt occasionally even mid shift between working a section and managing drinks behind the bar.

I worked as bartender in this fast paced and busy Vietnamese fusion restaurant on chapel street, Melbourne. I was trusted with doing the weekly batching and preparations and regularly worked waiting sections when necessary. I was often given the role of serving customers sat at the bar with drinks and food, as well as managing and making all drinks for the restaurant. I was asked to transfer to the Commune Groups brand new restaurant ‘Neptune’ when my 6 months was up at this venue.
