At WASTE Advisers we develop market driven solutions for sanitation problems across the value chain. We broker relationship between private sector and local government and develop capacity on both sides to ensure sustainable solutions. We've been entrusted with funds from Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation, European Union and Comic Relief among others.

We aim to streamline the economy of Malawi through helping individuals grow in developing character and capacity, by coaching and training them in business development. Clients included Saint Andrews International School for whom we did career guidance for all their grade 11 students for two years; Miqlat Inc, AVAIL Mission and Beit Cure Hospital whom we assisted with system development and financial management. At Crown Financial Ministries we setup a training center which has trained over 500 trainers in conservation agriculture, business management and character development.

I founded this company with the vision to do micro business development in the area of Farming. We started broiler and goat rearing business as well as various farming initiatives including Moringa growing. In 2010 we handed the property and developments over to Crown Financial Ministries who has taken on the Moringa operations.

Energy Africa was taken over by Tullow in 2004. During this time Tullow's growth in market capitalization was more than 10 fold. While Energy Africa was primarily a minority shareholder for an oil exploration concession as advisory, Tullow was the majority shareholder and focused on operations. My title became that of Joint Venture Accountant . The job included reporting on the finances of joint venture project to partners and liaising with governments regarding fulfillment of Operational Agreements. In additions to normal accounting functions, it required detailed understandings of the concession agreements with various governments and it's financial reporting requirements. The companies in my portfolio was Tullow Uganda, Kudu (Namibia), Madagascar and Tanzania.

I started my accounting career in London with Energy Africa as an assistant accountant and moved to join their Cape Town branch as an accountant in 2003.
