Install, upgrade, maintain, and administrate HRRV's infrastructure. HRRV's infrastructure includes server, backup, DR, SAN, network and telephony systems. For the past 2 months I have been working rigorously to upgrade HRRV's systems. I've installed new network switching. I've installed a new 3par FC San. With all 2012 R2 servers running gui and core installations. Upgraded all RemoteAPP terminal serivces to 2012 R2. All core services I have designed so they can be easily brought up at the DR site in-case of disaster. HRRV's backup includes SAN replication, data protection manager, and tape to provide a wide arrary of restore options incase of any failure. Systems need to be safe and secure to protect patient data and keep compliant with HIPAA.

It was my job to manage Integrity/Infinity server, network, and telephony systems. Keeping them up and running was my number one priority. Having any downtime with a company that employs almost 1000 production works can cost thousands of dollars with any interruption. I cleaned up active directory, created group policies to make their users more efficient, locked down potential security holes, brought new technology ideas to increase office and plant performance, updated integrity's backup, moved Integrity's server room to a better location, updated Integrity's core switch room, added more redundancy with server and network hardware, and virtualized Integrity servers with ESX and an iSCSI SAN to allow for much needed redundancy. In 2006 I setup Infinity Windows with their new 200,000 square foot plant in West Fargo. All systems were up and running ahead of schedule, and the work I did at Infinity was documented in every detail so it could be used as a template for any new facility that integrity and infinity will need in the future.

I was the Systems/Network Administrator for Jungle Logic. I was in charge of configuration and maintenance of all Jungle logic's systems. Since Jungle logic was a communications company I was also in charge of data, network, and telephony systems of a wide variety of businesses big and small. The variety of projects was very wide from hospitals, schools, law firms, and even State projects. Jungle Logic and my customers looked to me to provide technology solutions to keep them running as efficient as possible. With my knowledge of data and telephony systems I was able to be a one stop shop for Jungle Logic and my customers.
