Research Fellow
CurrentThe Institute for Employment Studies (IES) is an independent, apolitical centre for research and consultancy providing insight on a range of employment, education and human resource management topics.Throughout my tenure at IES, I’ve contributed to and co-led several applied research projects for diverse clients such as the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Education, the Greater London Authority and the Youth Futures Foundation. These projects have not only honed my research abilities, encompassing qualitative interviewing, research tool development, and the articulation of research outcomes, but have also ignited my passion for exploring youth transitions into employment.
