I am a dedicated Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies, holding an MA in Methods of Social Research and a BSc (Hons) in Human Geography. Motivated by a passion for social change, I incorporate a mixture of analytical skill, creativity, and innovation into my work. With a focus on both quantitative and qualitative research methods, I continuously expand my expertise to better inform evidence-based policies.My particular interests centre around addressing the challenges faced by young people as they enter and progress within the labour market. In my work, I am committed to exploring how employment and education policies can alleviate the disadvantages experienced by youth.
