  I joined Mattel Toys ShenZhen office since Dec.2005, I got over 12 years of experience in toys and Juvenile Products and Feeding since I became the member in Mattel family, I started as a project engineer at Mattel. And my working scope has also been changed to cover more with the promotion to Senior Project Manager, I am able to work start from the product concept to mass production.The period between Dec.2005 to March2008, My jobs are mainly followed the toys under/above 3 years products, starting to get information from US design/engineering team, and then work with model maker and assigned tooling vendor/manufacturer for Model development, tooling debug and product qualification, with these years' learning, I got much of knowledge from safety requirement for toys.Since March 2008, I have a great opportunity to chance the product category to Juvenile Products and Feeding Products, like Swing, Bouncer, Rocker and Feeding products under the brand Fisher Price, Mattel Inc, these products are required higher qualify, safety requirement, product development must be followed the strict standard, before the tool start all high complexity products need be conducted the APQP system ( a combination of FMEA, DFMEA… )Since the promotion in March, 2011, in addition to the project management, but also be involved in some procedure, team monitoring and job at upfront stage, participate weekly meeting for new product development, evaluate the design and structure within the desired marketing retailer price. We will also work with related qualify department for consumer feedback and complaint and improve our current products. In order to keep the supply chain smooth, we always keep eyes on model shop and manufacturing vendor, provide information to audit department to evaluate these partners.
