All vehicle and equipment statuses were monitored and updated using the Defense Energy Support Center’s (DESC) Fuels Automated System (FAS). • Issued servicing documentation and maintained communications with all operations, documenting all activity using the Defense Energy Support Center’s (DESC) Fuels Automated System (FAS). • Prepared the daily inventory report on all petroleum products as well as the monthly Non-DOD aviation fuel sales report to be submitted to the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC).

Supervised the distribution and storage of petroleum and cryogenic products. Reviewed aircraft flying schedules for fuels support requirements and tailored work shifts accordingly.• Reviewed over ten compliance evaluation reports per month and validated corrective actions, which included re-training of subordinates when needed. • Reported training requirements to the fuels training supervisor and conducted training of subordinates accordingly. • Managed assigned vehicles which included 16 aircraft refueling vehicles and 5 ground fuel vehicles valued at over 1.8 million dollars.• Ensured an effective vehicle preventive maintenance program was carried out, by performing a vehicle checkpoint daily. All aircraft refueling vehicles and ground fuel vehicles were run through the checkpoint, checking for any malfunctions are hazards that may exist. All discrepancies were documented and reported to the Fuels Resource Control Center. • Conducted training of subordinates in the areas of aircraft refueling with both R11 refueling trucks and Hydrant Service Vehicles (HSV), bulk storage and type III aircraft refueling system, operation of the bases government service stations, and the issue of Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen.
