Value Stream Owner / Subject Matter Expert – Oracle CX, CPQ, ERP Implementations:• Elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and document the stated and implicit needs of Astec and outside users of the respective platforms. • Serve as a liaison between the project team and its stakeholders to define business and system processes through workflows and written requirements.• Develop current and future state data and process maps and identify gaps and remediation plans with the new systems.• Collaborate with Oracle Consultants and Astec IT Business Analysts to configure the Oracle Cloud products to support initial implementation and subsequent process optimization efforts.Product Manager - Parts:• Organizes the product portfolio and ensures alignment with Management, Engineering and Sales. Develops and maintains a detailed product roadmap throughout the product’s life cycle. • Gathers, organizes, analyzes and interprets market data, to include competitor information as well as internal metrics such as market share and product gross margin. Makes management aware of new opportunities or conditions that might drive changes to our products, as well as possible disruptive technologies.• Advises Sales on suggested product pricing levels and strategies.• Leads new product development (NPD) projects from inception to conclusion.Special Projects, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, and ERP Specialist:• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for continuous improvement or further leveraging these systems.• Develop Applications to bridge Data between legacy systems and ERPs, while striving to utilize solutions that already exist within the ERP.• Mentor and support all staff regarding ERP and Application Technologies and Best Practices.• Coordinate and Perform in-depth testing for all system modifications and custom software implementations.Engineer Project Manager:• Focal point of contact for engineering, sales, and customer for all activities related to project execution.• Plan project execution to ensure smooth and timely completion and ensure project adherence to contract requirements.• Approve and initiate execution of scope of supply changes and establish final punch-list in order to successfully close project.
