Managed communications for BehaviourWorks Australia (BWA) and CareConnect; included events, digital comms and marketing plans for BWA. I developed a client retention strategy for CareConnect.

CSB provided bank products for NFP’s. Owned by Bendigo Bank, at CSB I implemented the national marketing plan. Duties included managing new product development, leading national product launches, developing marketing collateral, managing BAU campaigns and establishing new partnerships.

I wrote the annual marketing plan for 280,000 blood donations with a $5M budget. I managed four leaders - Marketing, PR, Community Relations and Call Centre. I overlooked new partnerships and reduced expenses of the department via cost reviews. Managed operation comms during Black Saturday.

My role was to manage the marketing and communications for the company. The key focus was B2B lead generation. TLC had four business units that all required new marketing collateral and campaigns. The role involved producing communications both internal and external. Creating the marketing strategy was a primary task. Digital marketing included SEO, upgrade to website, Google Adwords, EDM’s and automated campaigns. I was in charge of events, advertising, signage, partnerships and marketing development funding (MDF).Achievements:Finished 47th in the BRW fastest-growing companies.Successfully re-branded the entire company(The company later became insolvent thanks to the accounts (which I had no visibility of).

Managed the marketing engagement between software developers and client golf courses. This included the creation of a UX system. Ultramere was a start-up technology company with partnerships with Ericcson and Phillips.

Sales representative for half of Victoria. Sold $2M of bathers and sporting goods to retail stores and sporting clubs.
