As a member to the Partners in Health Community Tracing Collaborative helped lead a team of seven contact tracers calling positive COVID-19 cases to identify contacts and provide isolation instructions using Salesforce and AWS. During the surge accompanied a team of new contact tracers through their first calls, helped them navigate Salesforce, and assisted with complex calls.

Helped build a grassroots voter outreach program as part of a small field team. Grew a small volunteer base to a dedicated group of over 300 volunteers that made over 50,000 calls and 100,000 texts. Led phone and text banks over Zoom and trained volunteers on using the script, recording data, and text banking with Spoke. Supervised organizing interns and provided them with daily assignments. Became proficient with the backend of Spoke and in basic data work.

Continued learning about grass roots organization by recruiting volunteers as well as leading phone banks and in person events. Worked to increase voter turnout in Springfield and Chicopee public housing during GOTV as a member of a strike team that conducted safe and socially distanced canvasses.

Developed persuasive skills and proficiency in Votebuilder. Helped build a grassroots organization of hundreds of volunteers that knocked on close to 10,000 doors. Coordinated surrogate visits, and adeptly channeled the press to their proper channels.

Helped the outbound and product marketing teams produce external facing promotional content and email marketing sequences. Also supported the department’s analytics by tracking key performance indicators across multiple channels, maintaining data sets, and creating graphics and tables to succinctly display the results and performance.
