I manage all cannabis testing for over 100 permitted farms and conduct research to develop best practices to reduce the cost of growing premium cannabis in the Humboldt region. Four years ago I introduced the concept for True Humboldt to a handful of trusted Humboldt farmers. Together we embarked on a journey to build a business by farmers for farmers with the primary objective to preserve the heritage and quality of Humboldt County cannabis and culture.

Manage project developments for new sources of revenue, manage all testing of cannabis products, and conduct research on cannabis farms to determine ways to reduce the environmental impact while lowering the cost of production and enhancing quality.

I primarily work on contracts from the US Forest Service and BLM (Bureau of Land Management) involving forest inventory and canopy wildlife surveys for the Red Tree Vole.

I sub-contract with Holmes Foresty operating as Project Biologist and crew lead on a variety of forest inventory and canopy wildlife contracts.

I designed and conducted a published study on canopy epiphytes (plants living on trees) of 300' tall Sitka spruce trees in an ancient redwood forest.

Performed as a canopy access technician (the rigging and climbing of enormous trees) and collected data on crown structure for research publications.
