Chelsea Bridge Wharf £300k Package, Francis Crick Institute- £3m package for Laing O'Rourke, 375 Kensington High Street-£2.5m package for Berkeley Group.Project Manager over external works packages comprising of hard and soft landscaping, stone cladding, water features, railings, street furniture and all services associated with these works. Managing projects from tender stage right through to handover. Developing design with the client and sub-contractors to produce construction drawings and specifications for client approval. Measuring and procuring all materials for project, providing design and material delivery schedules for client review and to ensure the project is delivered safely on time and within budget. Producing all construction documentation such as programmes, method statements, 4week look ahead, progress reports, RFI's and O&M manuals. Chairing meetings with the client, subcontractors and directors on progress.

Site Manager over some complex projects. Harley Street London Clinic and 199 Bishopsgate London. Challenging projects involving Soft strip and Cat A refurbishment with a large amount of structural alterations.

Started as a Site Engineer working on the Limerick Tunnel Project. Progressed to section engineer in the last year. Worked on Kilkenny bypass also.
