• Responsible for managing and creating the concept designs, CAD files, construction/ fabrication, design decisions and changes, and the calculations of material lists for the following projects.• Conceptualized, drafted, and constructed a custom 35' yacht using Divinycell PVC Foam Core. Consulted and worked closely with the owner to achieve desired styling, design, and interior space. • Engineered and fabricated custom parts for interior furniture, shower/ head, cabin/ sleeping quarters, and engine compartments. I performed detailed calculations to establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications, maintaining 100% accuracy rate.• Designed and created; custom concrete molds, architectural metal security gates and railings, a custom king-size bed with TV lift and pull out dog bed, coffee table and matching benches, and a interior pond with twisting artificial live oaks adorning each end.

• Responsible for managing and planning, creating the concept designs, CAD files, construction/ fabrication, design decisions and changes, and the calculations of material lists and cost for the following projects. • Supervising the construction to ensure that all phases would meet the highest level of quality. Managing all sub-contractors to insure proficiency, top quality, and accuracy to designs.• A complete home renovation and addition, I created drawings for outdoor patio including; outdoor kitchen, gazebo with pizza oven/ fireplace, and natural stone retaining walls. I conceptualized all interior design, and constructed closet cabinets and trim molding. • I developed the concept and design of a custom tiki bar and gazebo with a spa area, I also produced bar top artwork, decor, color schemes, and landscaping design.

• I served as a lead crew member, managing a three to five man crew responsible for daily tasks, scheduling, and training. Required to keep detailed time sheets on the workers and myself, supply all the tools, and make minor construction decisions if problems arose. • In 2005, we trimmed the Hard Rock Casino and the St. Jude Dream Home before Katrina hit.• In 2002, I assisted in trimming out the J.W. Marriott and The Hilton in New Orleans.
