Primarily, my freelance work constitutes making illustrations and working in traditional media though I am also competent in the Adobe Creative Suite with my strongest ability being in Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator with less proficiency in the rest of the suite. I am a hard worker when it comes to a clear aim, though I admit that finding novel solutions is not my most disciplined area. I am, however, endeavoring to streamline my creative problem-solving skills daily. I write a daily webcomic called Marco and Marty and enjoy a good cup of coffee and crossword puzzle.

  I worked with this start up company to help create the WonderWoof brand (the logo, graphics for inside the app, hand-drawn illustrations of 1077 different breeds of dog, etc.) My position sometimes went beyond the normal purview of an art director and fluctuated over my tenure at the company. Towards the beginning, I was more or less the art department itself given the nature of a start-up. Having said all this, my strengths in this position revolved around my work as an asset-creator and image-maker more than as a facilitator of other people's work.
