Responsible for the planning of maintenance and turnaround fixed equipment work scope, walked down the jobs in the field and including such things as instrumentation, scaffolding, painting and insulation. Took measurements, took pictures, pulled drawings and verified accuracy of them, tagged everything, put together Bill of Materials, ordered materials, coordinated contractor job walks, etc. Planned packages per Repcon’s and Marathon’s procedures. Planned, inputted, coded and linked the fixed equipment work scope into P-6.

Develop work packages for upcoming routine maintenance and turnarounds; Package included estimating man hours, durations and not limited to obtaining quotes for materials, and equipment rentals., Identified & Coordinated walk downs with Soft Trades Supervisors where their services were needed. Communicated with Process Operation for the hot work blind location. Upon package approval, I entered data into scheduling software (P6) and worked with Master scheduler to tie logic according to plans. As the project continues I help update the schedule.
