Own the quality tools and optimize usage of the quality tools for the entity Analyses improvement opportunities through the usage of quality tools, internal & external audits and customer satisfaction /VOC (Voice of Customer) feed back Personally manage quality improvement projectsOrganizes and manage training interventions as necessary. A robust training plan exists that is communicated to members of the management team as appropriate.Monitors vendor quality performance & verifying corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
