Heavily involved with development and delivery of our behavioral safety training, Incident Free, and proactively promoting and coaching an incident free mindset and culture within the organisation and with the contractor partners.

Responsible for the safe operation and monitoring of the Control Safety System, Fire and Gas and Emergency Shutdown systems. Responded to process system upsets and emergencies and maintained production rates within environmental constraints. An effective member in a team of five people running the process plant on the Janice Alpha offshore FPU.

Initially working onshore in the fabrication shop and offshore developed a broad range of multi-discipline skills carrying out mechanical repair and refurbishment work, machining, plating, pipefitting and welding. Carrying out site survey and producing technical drawings and survey reports as required. Developing client relationships and promoting good team working and a safe site. Laterally I ran large construction and maintenance projects travelling across the Atlantic and Indian oceans and working abroad supervising upwards of twenty personnel and project managing the tasks. Projects included large hotel upgrades on flotels, galley destruct and installation, air conditioning system replacement, crane boom and dive skid installation and repairs.
