Engineering Delivery Manager
CurrentAs the engineering delivery manager, I manage our engineering team in Michigan. We work directly with customers to develop the processes and concepts to complete the engineering tasks. Currently we have a team of 13 engineers to work through the process, layout, simulations, and design specifications. We work with the suppliers to complete the engineer to order components to ensure they meet customer specifications. We work directly with the customer to achieve the approvals of all designs. We work with the detail design team, in India, to ensure the completion of the project. Accountable for the outcome, we troubleshoot designs starting from conception through installation and start up. We are the technical face to our customers. Ensuring that all technical aspects of the project are addressed with intimate detail. We track and manage all technical concerns to ensure an on time accurate delivery. Primary customers are in the automotive industry including but not limited to the big 3. Although they are the majority of our work, we are a multi industry company and are flexible enough to complete projects for many products. I am happy to work for a company that is diverse not only in industry, but also culturally.
