I am the Student Pastor at Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church. This is a high visibility, volunteered, position. I develop, manage, and maintain a student ministries staff, as well as a student ministries program for all middle school, high school, and college/career students up to age 25. I am currently self-employed as a sub-contractor for Armor Roofing. I handle multifaceted tasks in this environment. Services include, but not limited to, outside sales lead, perform home inspections due to storm damage, collaborate with insurance companies on repairs, develop relationships with clients, lead weekly sales meetings, procure payment of jobs completed.

Responsible for inspecting and maintaining erosion and sediment control devices on construction sites in Middle Tennessee. I managed a team that corrected any erosion and/or sediment control problems found on construction sites.

Promoted to Inspector in 2007. Handled multifaceted tasks implementing and enforcing local, state, and federal regulations on new and existing construction projects. I am certified as an inspector through the Environmental Protection Agency. I project managed up to fifteen construction sites at any given time. I organized and facilitated pre-construction meetings on all new construction projects within the city. I organized and facilitated meetings with sub-contractors that were in violation of city codes. I am well versed on the latest policies and procedures related to my area of expertise.

Part of a team that maintained the public sewer system. This position came with many challenges, including, but not limited to: working with a diverse group of people, heavy lifting, working in confined spaces, and operating heavy machinery.
