Responsible for sales, marketing and public relations, services and community education programs to build revenue, ensure profitability and maintain the quality provider image for the Company and the community.•Establishes new accounts and maintains existing accounts within assigned territory.•Promotes services and products to referral sources in the community through direct and ongoing contact.•Completes and maintains weekly Account Profiles, Account visit history, and Account referral history in Profile book as instructed by supervisor.•Maintains weekly contact and visits with accounts on AE's Account List as developed with supervisor.•Routinely schedules marketing appointments with established and new referral sources (per set productivity standard) on a weekly or as needed basis.•Coordinates activities of referral sources and the agency to ensure continuity of care.•Obtains physician’s order for specified treatments and participates in the referral

Responsible for the overall management of the HME site including staffing, financial, marketing, and daily operations.•Ensures appropriate assignments of referrals for all services•Supervises all staff. Communicates, as appropriate with staff, physicians, referral sources, and clients•Provides adequate opportunity for education and ensures that all staff meets job qualification requirements.•Actively involved in marketing all of MSA’S divisions including: DME, Hospice, and Help departments by making cold calls, and visiting recurring referral sources.•Investigates and resolves all site complaints•Monitors competitions by gathering current marketplace data•Completes quarterly inventory•Order of DME and supplies as appropriate•Completes payroll•Evaluates employees annually•Maintains customer satisfaction
