Responsibilities:• Qualifying job roles and responsibilities against candidate CV’s.• CV stripping candidates for market intel to pass up to management.• Cold calling candidates and discussing opportunities in detail.• Taking references.• Partaking in training courses for ‘Cold Call Structure’, ‘Reference Call Structure’, ‘CV formatting’, and ‘Business Development Basics’.• Maintaining candidate contact and relationships throughout interview processes and beyond.• Working closely with candidate data in accordance with GDPR.

Internal promotion, adopted more responsibilities across multiple areas of M&S like:• Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves. • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule. • Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and or through a computer.• Moving warehouse shelving and warehouse stock• Clearing up the warehouse and bailed the cardboard into a compression machine.

Responsibilities:• To serve and greet customers and insuring they have a positive customer experience.• Process sales efficiently and accurately.• Advise customers of product location and show them the range/options.• Upselling products where possible to increase revenue and hit weekly store KPIs.• Pricing stock correctly and merchandising products.• Assisting with unloading and unpacking deliveries.• Checking off deliveries and to make sure all products have been delivered.• Assisting with stock taking and stock control.• Cash handling and security• To process transactions through the till accurately.• Responsible for monies contained within your till.• To be aware of any suspicious activities or security breaches and report in line with store procedures. • Liaise with store management in order to adhere to store standards and processes.• Accurately undertaking tasks in an efficient and professional manor. • Follow and adhere to the health and safety policy.
