Before becoming the president I served as the chairman of the three standing committees that managed the B.I.D. resources. I was on the board of directors for twelve years. The Coliseum Central Improvement District is a unique Business Improvement District as it is one of the Largest B.I.D.'s in the country. It is also written about in nationwide publications.I served as a commissioner for the city of Hampton Board of Zoning Appeals for over twelve years. We reviewed zoning appeals and rendered decisions on behalf of the circuit court of the city of Hampton. This board of commissioners worked with business people and citizens to reach agreeable solutions saving the circuit court and citizens from having to go through the court process.In May of 2012 I was eleceted to the city council of the City of Hampton. In the last year I have had the privilage of helping set the city of Hampton on a forward moving course.
