Help with the research and development of new genetic varieties through breeding and data collection

Oversee all Harvest and Post-Harvest departments, including: Harvest, Drying, Curing, Trimming, Packaging, Manufacturing and Quality Control

Research post-harvest methods and efficiencies. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) development and implementation. Helping with the launch of the Clade9 brand in Los Angeles.

Coordinate operations for the entire harvest/post-harvest process (Harvest every two weeks/75-150 lbs of dried flower per harvest). Six direct reports (Dry Room Assistant, Harvest Assistant, (2) Trim Leads, Pre-Roll Supervisor, Packaging/Quality Control Supervisor). Oversee the chop down, weighing and hanging of plants in the dry room. Manage the drying process and adjusting room conditions as needed. Oversee the prepping and weighing of dried flower. Oversee the trim room (10-14 person team) and trimming data collection for yield projections and efficiency. Oversee the batch sampling process. Manage the curing process and burping buckets as needed. Oversee the packaging department (4-6 person team) including; inventory, labeling, packaging and quality control. Oversee the pre-roll team (3 person team) including; packaging, labeling and inventory. Maintain daily and weekly quotas for all harvest/post-harvest departments.

Perform chop down, weighing and labeling of cannabis plants. Hanging labeled plants in dry room for the dry and cure process. Prepping and bagging dried flower for the trim process. Overseeing the trim team and analyzing data collection for pheno hunting and future strain development. Curing flower for final terpene profile analysis and strain viability testing. Seed processing for future strain development.

Perform residential real estate inspections. Analyze national and local market housing trends. Develop final estimate of value for loan risk assessment.
