Leader of the Group’s HK Property Division, oversee operations across the entire real estate value chain and report to the Group Chairman, CEO and MD with key duties as follows:- Head 15+ departments covering all-rounded functions such as property development (research, acquisition and disposal), project management, sales & marketing, asset management, design, as well as in-house construction and property management- Oversee strategic planning and operational execution of the Group’s diverse portfolio of 20+ residential, commercial and mixed-used projects including AIRSIDE (first commercial building ever in HK receiving 7 highest level most recognized green building certifications) and The Mills (an UNESCO award-winning revitalized multidisciplinary complex)- Represent the Group to deal in key JV negotiations resulting in productive partnerships with other leading developers / investors and remarkable project successes- Spearhead the Group's comprehensive ESG campaign and initiatives- Advocate continuous process improvement through leading workflow revamps, KPI systematization and cross-departmental synergetic engagements- Assist Group MD in supervising overseas real estate investment, development and management projects throughout gateway cities in PRC, UK and US - Lead the Group’s strategic investments, chairing in particular The Mills’ innovation arm Fabrica, leading its investment, incubation and corporate initiatives to create significant industry impacts- Spokesperson of the Group in media engagements and industry conferences. Advise on the Group’s public relations and crisis management issues, managing in particular corporate communications with external parties

Assist the Asia Pacific Divisional COO in relation to managing the division, development of strategy, taking on special projects and acting as a representative for the division for cross-departmental / countries matters
