About Billy Hurley, Mba, Cpim

Serving others and accomplishing the mission, that is the role of a US Army Non-commissioned Officer. That is what I have done for well over a decade. As an Operations Sergeant I have been tasked with ensuring individuals and teams have the necessary training, education, and resources to accomplish their mission. During my time as a Senior Supply Sergeant I was entrusted to supply and equip individuals and teams with what they required to accomplish their mission. In all my years as a Non-commissioned Officer, regardless of position, it has been my duty to mentor, teach, and coach service members, providing guidance and preparing them to be mentally and physically resilient and ready to execute. The performance of my team, section, or unit overall is evidence of my skills as a leader. I am reaching the final pages in this chapter of life, it is exciting to imagine writing the next. I hope to use my career and life experiences to continue to impact the next organization in a positive way as I have in the past. Soon the search will begin for a new position which I can bring my passion, loyalty, and drive to continue to lead and contribute to the next mission.
