I have over twenty years of experience in the high rise and low rise Customer Service and Construction industry. I started in low rise for 6 years (Conservatory Group) and have been in high rise for over 16 years with Canderel as a Unionized Handyman Foreman/Customer Care Representative. I have been involved in many projects over the years and have played a key role in the Tarion warranty process for both in-suite and Common Elements (CE PATS). During these projects, I would start under the construction umbrella and move to customer care once suites are occupied. Being an excellent communicator enables me to be approachable and allows me to resolve conflicts with ease. I am also reliable, with a positive attitude and personality, which makes me an invaluable asset for any company. I quickly learn and adapt to new situations while maintaining strong relationships both within the organization and with the homeowners who are moving in and settling in to their new homes.
