Beginning my career in the fitness industry as a competitive bodybuilder, I enjoyed the challenge and discipline of the sport, participating in the Mr. USA competition three times. This experience laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial journey, leading to the establishment of my first personal training studio, The Iron Den, in 2012.At The Iron Den, our focus has been on fostering personal growth and physical transformation. Our team has had the privilege of guiding numerous clients, some of whom have achieved professional status in the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness). Our approach combines high-intensity resistance training with tailored nutrition and a strong emphasis on accountability, promoting sustainable habits for lasting health and fitness.My role in the fitness industry has evolved over the years, emphasizing strategic growth, innovation, and leadership. Following the pandemic, Iron Den Fitness saw a notable increase in revenue, a testament to our team's resilience and dedication. This growth, alongside my involvement in fitness business podcasts and a partnership in the first Texas-based Alloy franchise, reflects our commitment to the broader fitness community.I believe in the power of continuous learning, staying grounded, and upholding our commitments.
