Manage IT and Electric SystemsPerform after hours support on a rotational basis. Install, Maintain, administer Windows OS. Apply security & recommended patches on a regularly scheduled basis. Administer multiple network interfaces. Setup and utilization of network interface card redundancy. Perform troubleshooting of system performance working directly with Application Administration staff to resolve issues. Make system modifications to accommodate hardware upgrades. Perform OS version upgrades including live upgrades. Write shell scripts to automate system administration tasks. Monitor system utilizing intrusion detection tools such as Event Tracker. Provide planning assistance and implement requirements for applications, which include but are not limited to SQL, Access, File Maker. Creates and maintains documentation and procedures for System Administration support. Analyze and coordinate system outages and interruptions.
