The last 14 years, his focus has been on leading Enterprise Risk Management transformation efforts for BBVA USA including the design, build and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program. His work includes successful projects addressing a broad range of enterprise risk domains – credit risk, model risk, third party risk, operational risk and reputational risk.The work culminated with the design and build of the US Non-Financial Risk function at BBVA USA.
