I work to support everyone involved with the work of making lives better through Hope Clinic. I work with the teams to align all the efforts being made so that they support accomplishing common goals. I move big ideas forward and develop systems to ensure things get done. I ensure all staff and volunteers are working out of their giftedness.• Led efforts that doubled annual client impact & financial support.• Developed EOS implementation and aligned teams around the vision.• Developed and implemented a communications marketing strategy.• Ensured seamless communication and a shared vision across all teams with 50 staff and 1,400 volunteers.• Managed a $3,300,000 cash budget ($6,000,000 with in-kind gifts).

I oversee the management of volunteer engagement, coordinate the community partnerships Hope has, develop media and communications strategy and strengthen relationships with the faith community.- In my time here I have developed key relationships with new Churches increasing both volunteer and financial engagement. - I developed and implemented a volunteer management system which has ensured follow-up with every applicant in a timely way and increased the percentage of qualified volunteers we get applications from.- I spearheaded a branding and communication effort which has resulted in a new brand/logo, web presence, and communications approach.- I developed a church liaison program which empowered key members of Churches to facilitate greater service and generosity.- I produced our video series, "Stories of Hope." Highlighting the impact of the organization from both volunteer and client perspectives.- I implemented EOS within the community engagement team.- I developed a daily media plan and donor funnel based around the "story brand" (SB7) framework- Launched a faith-leaders lunch series, which empowers pastors to develop their strategies around mission and discipleship- Developed an online orientation program and a virtual tour

As one of the three founders, I oversaw the launch of the business. During my years as a director, we were able to open our doors and become recognized as one of the best Coffee places in the country. We were published as a destination in "Where to Drink Coffee." We were also listed as the top bar in the state of Michigan by "Business Insider."As a director of the coffee program, I helped grow the LLC from opening day to doing seven-figure sales numbers in under two years.In my role as director of Cause, I was responsible for guiding the organization in its mission to end hunger; overseeing the partnerships with organizations, community members and educators in developing a broad coalition to end hunger. I also oversaw the donation garden, our grants, and the non-profit funding portfolio. My work was recognized with "The Beacon of Light" award.I continue to serve as a board member and helped oversee the sale of the business and helped lead the 501(c)3 through a transition to independence to continue the mission of ending hunger in Washtenaw County.

I built and maintained relationships with Catholic agencies and organizations, and coordinate with regional organizers to help build active engagement in parishes and dioceses around ending hunger. I handled the portfolio of major catholic organizational donors including many churches and religious orders as well as maintained relationships with major donors who had invested in our Catholic outreach initiatives. I managed and renewed grants that were given by Catholic institutions. I advised the development of curriculum and created faith-focused materials on hunger.

I was responsible for meeting with Students at the University who violate the Student code of Conduct. I determine appropriate sanctions and complete follow up meeting when possible. I was also responsible for probation release and review those petitions. In the case of serious offenses I helped prepare students for disciplinary hearings and help direct the meetings when they take place.

I was responsible for the spiritual formation of the members of the congregation in grades 6-8. In this position I primarily taught Junior High students. I met with the group two times a week and discussed the Bible and have fun with the youth. We also have occasional events and trips together. I occasionally taught other groups as well (i.e. High School, and Adult)

I was responsible for key formative initiatives to help guide the church into a new identity. In this position I helped to navigate the “University Reform Church” in Ann Arbor through a year of preparation to re-plant as “Grace Ann Arbor”. My role was to lead music and liturgy, as well as develop promotional materials. I met with musicians and led rehearsals. I also led the music and liturgy teams on Sunday mornings.

In this role I was responsible for training employees in the art of crafting great espresso and other coffee drinks for this shop as they were first getting off the ground. I also developed the coffee program, recruited new baristas, and built industry contacts for the shop.

I was responsible for the spiritual formation and pastoral care of the youth of the congregation. In this position I led weekly youth group meetings, as well as led weekly Sunday school lessons for the Junior High and High School Groups.

In this position I was responsible for the development of spiritual formation activities and the administration of mission trips and retreats. I worked as a retreat coordinator, assisted on mission trips, taught lessons on Sunday mornings and helped develop youth leaders.
