•Processing all fax and email orders; including spot trades, lock in disbursals, drawdowns and reallocates. This will also include calling the client to discuss discrepancies in information and obtain PIN details.•Manage the Audit report which involves reporting on the following breaches and differences: Dealer limits, trading line limits, Negative Revenue, Rollovers, Forwards booked for over 370 days, Margin breaches. Detailed analysis of all transactions that appear on the validation report at close of business. •Review every single online order that comes into the system against limit exposure, updates to values per notes and client calls, communication with the position keeper on orders feeding into their position and ensure all AAA client/special requirements are adhered to•Manage the team Outlook mailboxes for both client communication and internal mail, and distributing to the necessary dealer to take action•Provision of our online daily rate updates and client specific daily email communications•Reopening and amending deals, processes client refunds, contras and reissues.•Daily communications to the Dealing team to manage settlement breaches, maturing forwards, TBA’s and reallocates.
