I already have 16 years of commercial database development experience beginning with Microsoft Access 97, and progressing to SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008. My database development career also enabled me to improve my customer service and support skills and to communicate with workers (internal & external) across all levels of their business.I have recently completed a 4-week Robotic Process Automation 'Master Bootcamp' online Training course. This has prepared me for my first RPA role at entry level.
