As part of a project to deploy an innovative paper product for a major client, I played a pivotal role in implementation across 220+ retail locations nationwide. Leveraging communication skills, I tactfully coordinated with on-site associates to gain access to printer systems without pre-scheduled appointments.With a focus on quality and accuracy, I calibrated Epson and Canon poster printers to accommodate the new paper type. Proactive troubleshooting in collaboration with Peleman’s support staff allowed me to resolve unexpected issues on-site, completing routes ahead of schedule.Beyond technical responsibilities, I coordinated travel logistics and hotel accommodations throughout the routes and maintained detailed records of store visits and travel expenses. This experience expanded my ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing roles while delivering outstanding results.

As a construction coordinator, I leveraged my expertise to identify and eliminate constructability issues and waste within the construction environment. I accomplished this by coordinating mechanical and plumbing systems for field construction based on design documents, utilizing cutting-edge software tools like Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. My collaboration with the sheet metal fabrication shop and pipe prefabrication shop to troubleshoot constructability issues and coordinate construction tasks was a crucial aspect of my work. I was able to reduce field conflicts, construction time, and rework. This resulted in cost savings for the organization, improved construction quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

I was responsible for improving organization and safety in the production environment, as well as contributing to product assembly and CNC machine operations when needed. To achieve this, I designed and fabricated stands, racking, and safety supports to aid in shop organization and increase safety for production personnel. By consulting with staff, I was able to identify their specific needs and tailor my designs accordingly, resulting in more efficient and effective processes. My prior hands-on experience allowed me to contribute to product assembly and CNC machine operations when there were staffing shortages. In addition, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the impact design decisions can have on production efficiency and material use. Overall, my work contributed to a safer and more streamlined production environment.

In the spring of 2014, I embarked on a unique endeavor that ultimately led to a business experience. With a vision to use some idle equipment from my family's sawmill business, I started gathering logs and sawing lumber to build a house and a shop. Little did I know that this activity would attract attention and generate demand for log sawing services. As people started requesting my services, I saw an opportunity to fill a gap in the market since log sawing services were not readily available in the area. I started providing sawing services for small orders on a part-time basis while working as a full-time bank employee. As the demand for my services grew, I transitioned to full-time sawmill activities while pursuing a mechanical engineering degree. During this time, I gained valuable knowledge and skills in managing a business, including the importance of flexibility to handle challenges in a dynamic work environment and tactful communication with customers. I phased out the sawmill services as I moved to Mississippi State to complete a mechanical engineering degree. This experience helped me to understand the emotional and practical aspects of owning a business and to appreciate the hard work and dedication required to succeed. I am confident that I can leverage this experience to contribute to any team or organization that values determination and a can-do attitude.

I began my journey as an entry-level employee in the documentation and imaging department of central operations. In this role, I played a crucial part in ensuring that loan and account documentation was accurately imaged and stored electronically. My attention to detail and troubleshooting skills helped me to quickly become a valuable member of the team. I then moved on to the loan processing department, where I reviewed all types of loan documents, from small unsecured loans to the bank's most complex credits. My demonstrated motivation and attention to detail earned me the responsibility of handling the bank's largest syndications. I ensured that loans were properly documented and accurately coded in the loan accounting system. My progression in loan processing earned an advancement to the credit department, where I engaged in credit analysis for the loan approval process. In this role, I analyzed financial statements, calculated financial metrics, and assessed project cash flows. My in-depth understanding of GAAP, tax code, financial documents, and asset evaluation techniques allowed me to compile relevant analysis results into a credit analysis report with narrative. These reports were used by credit administration for credit decisions and the loan review department for rating purposes. My expertise in financial analysis led to additional responsibilities in training new personnel to accommodate department growth. Overall, my diverse experience in different departments and roles within the banking industry has given me a unique perspective and valuable skillset in project structures and financing.

From a young age, I was immersed in the world of small business, working alongside my dad in his sawmilling, lumber resawing, and pallet building operations. This experience provided me with a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of manual labor, honing my work ethic and developing a keen understanding of the importance of hard work.Over the years, I gained extensive experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery, from chainsaws to bulldozers. My early introduction to fabrication instilled in me a love for the process of building and creating. We often built our own equipment and machinery which developed skills that enable me to easily visualize and understand products and processes.In addition to our primary operations, we also offered dirt work services to the public, where I gained invaluable experience in brush clearing, pond building, and laying out and forming building pads for houses and shops. As a result, I gained a sound knowledge of construction fundamentals and techniques to shape the land. This experience has equipped me with the ability to take on larger projects and tackle them with the same level of skill and dedication.Throughout my time in the family business, I also gained a deep understanding of business practices, learning how to take responsibility and contribute wherever needed. I developed a "do what it takes" mentality, recognizing that success in business often requires going above and beyond what is expected.
