Reporting directly to the CEO, building, training, & leading a Best in Class sales distribution network for Nanobone throughout the East Coast, including: NY, NJ, Pennsylvania, Ohio, W. Va., Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, & New England.

Covering all Upstate NY & VT as the 1st rep for LifeNet Health in the region, distributing Orthopedic Bio-Implants in the spine, sports medicine, & general/specialty orthopedics spaces. Align with 3 main distribution channels through our partnerships w/Depuy-Synthes Spine, Arthrex, & Depuy-Synthes Trauma. Train, educate, and manage approximately 70 sales reps & managers in the region. Handle all contracting & pricing agreements with Regional IDN's & Health Systems as well as drive larger shares of business through National GPO contracts and negotiating key local agreements. *CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE: 2015, 2016-$2.9 million in Growth since 2015
