My daily duties include maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting workflow automation for three different databases. My responsibilities include ensuring all automation is working correctly in support of each Order Desks’ ability to route orders to the different First American Title and Escrow production branches and proper order processing through to settlement, recording and policy issuance. In order to increase productivity and reduce business cost, I frequently interview different sub-business groups (title, escrow, production, banking/disbursement, recording, accounting, policy and IT) to obtain business criteria/rules to design and implement new enhancements for our Wintrack application and databases and act as their liaison to the developer. Problem resolution often requires analysis of network, ancillary applications, and desktop related issues that negatively impact production systems and necessitates working with the IT administrators to resolve.

Responsible for designing the network, building their internet service provider (ISP) department infrastructure, cluster (fault tolerant) SQL database, Oracle, DNS, WEB, Email servers using over 30+ Compaq Proliant Server, Raid storage and Network Appliance SAN. I designed a database with a front end webpage to tracks and assign all Customer IP addresses, design an automation to program the Cisco 7507, 7200 routers and Cisco LS1010 ATM switch when turning up new customer. Blue configuration of all new Cisco routers, and implemented network security policy and procedures. Implemented access list on all Cisco router to prevent unauthorized users from accessing core Router. Ordered, tested, and turned up DS3s to OC3s from tier 1 ISP, and 24/7 monitoring and emergency response to the core and customer’s network, backing up all web servers using Arcserve.
