As a current substitute teacher with ESS, I am familiar with most of the schools in Pitt county. I have built a strong rapport with the students and staff. Teachers have complimented my communication, classroom management and organization skills. I have also been requested as a preferred substitute for most of the elementary schools in Pitt county. I have worked alongside teachers, teacher’s assistants and IT technicians. In some instances, I was able to shadow the IT support tech, as I am currently attending Pitt Community college pursuing a diploma and associate's degree in information technology, tech support. In this program, I am learning about the complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks. With my progress, I am eligible for the Java Programming Certificate, Computer Information Technology Certificate and the Desktop Support Technician Certificate With my academics, I am looking to receive field experience to better my technical support skills to better assist future clients.
