As a publicist for a local author, I run social media accounts, schedule talks for his library, built his website for advertising and sales.

Studying the incompatibility between military doctrine and democracy, I spent this summer collaborating with Dr. Yelena Ocakli-Biberman on her upcoming book. Compiling extensive literary research by sociologists, historians, and political scientists, I classified three distinct schools of thought within military science on metrics of decentralized command and professionalized behavior. Concurrently, I conducted interviews with both currently serving military and veteran personnel alike from several countries. In addition, and from scratch, I designed maps and graphs ready-made for publishing.

As a student supervisor in the Spa deli, I trained over 15 student workers in cooking, cleaning, and sales operations for a busy on-campus retail deli. I oversaw and worked in every “front of house” station--I was periodically responsible for opening and closing the store.This position continued through June 2023.

As a Residential Assistant during the onset of the pandemic, I enforced Covid-19 safety guidelines for 94 residents by holding meetings to establish community norms and encouraging open conversation between suitemates. I planned and hosted educational/social programs every other week.I communicated consistently with the Facilities Department to ensure a functional, comfortable living environment.
