I am in charge of maintaining the hospitals network and working with contractors on IT projects to help keep the hospital up to date and running smoothly.

Working with our clients to give them the best IT support possible. I monitor our ticket system so that we can take care of our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alongside remote access to assist our clients I often go onsite to help build customer relationships and also complete tickets onsite. Some of my responsibilities are setting up or managing users and groups in Active Directory and in Microsoft Office. I take care of all basic IT needs and some advanced server issues.

Responsibility included videotaping court depositions to be used in the courtroom during trials. Using different programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Deposition software, we would produce high quality multimedia transcript for attorneys to use on the day of their trial. As this information was being used in courtrooms, this position demanded the utmost compliance for confidentiality and integrity.
