• I have created age relevant characteristics for the under 9's all the way to the under 18's team and from that I, along with my team of coaches, have built a unique and successful syllabus for our goalkeepers.• We keep track of the boy's progress by giving them all an Individual Development Plan and I and my team feedback to them in 6 week cycles.• We have built a "Best Practice Library" which is constantly evolving during our 'in club' and outside sourced workshops.• We log and evaluate every session and have created a "clean feedback" culture to maximise what and how we deliver, along with results.• As the Goalkeeping Coach for the Under 18's Team, I am responsible for developing the goalkeepers and also managing the competition between the Youth Team goalkeepers (3 current youth international). • I prepare the Under 18's Team for set pieces both analytically, and by on-pitch coaching.• I have the responsibility to coach the Under 18's Team through certain phases of play sessions as we have a real multidisciplinary approach to the training programme. • I travel with the team for games and prepare the goalkeepers, manage set pieces and substitutes.• I have been fortunate through my work to travel most of Europe and places such as Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Bermuda, Mexico, Antigua, India and countless US States to coach our goalkeepers at prestigious tournaments.

I enjoyed a 2 year playing scholarship at the Daggers where I played games in the Under 18 Team and The Reserve Team, I also to traveled with the First Team on a handful of occasions but my highlight would be playing in the prestigious FA Youth Cup.
