Senior role within the organization and supporting the Managing Director in the development of policy and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with internationally recognised accreditation programs. In this position I liaise with a network of overseas offices and assessors, coordinate the application of the accreditation program and advise on the development of solutions to business issues as they arise.In addition to the above, in my role as a Senior Assessor in a number of management system programs (QMS, EMS, OHS, FSMS, Medical Devices, ACC WSMP), I have been exposed to a wide and varied range of industries, including but not limited to:Construction, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Manufacturing (including medical devices), Hospitality, Cleaning Services, Beverage and food Manufacturing, Communications, Professional Services, Mining, Water Treatment and Effluent management, Farming and Agriculture, Livestock Management.I have a particular interest in health and safety, environmental management and sustainability and strongly believe that organizations can and should be looking at these aspects of their business as part of their strategy for the future.Over the years I have developed an intimate knowledge of business management systems throughout New Zealand and Overseas and have been exposed to a wide range of management practices, some exceptional, some not so. This exposure and experience has provided me with a unique insight into operational expectations and how important it is for a business to be clear in its strategy and its communications if it is to succeed.
