The Senior Sales Engineer role is a technical position with Lightspeed Systems that supports the Sales team and processJob functions:- Manage project portfolios by interpreting technical requirements, establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout the Lightspeed Systems organization- Manage the day-to-day implementation of solutions and ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project life cycle- Manage large projects for… Show more The Senior Sales Engineer role is a technical position with Lightspeed Systems that supports the Sales team and processJob functions:- Manage project portfolios by interpreting technical requirements, establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout the Lightspeed Systems organization- Manage the day-to-day implementation of solutions and ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project life cycle- Manage large projects for customers involving complex server farm installations- Design and implement custom solutions for customers with complex networks- Work with customers/prospects on design, implementation, and purchase of network security hardware/software- Provide on-site/voice/webinar pre-sales demos, training and site surveys and explain how the software worked, where it would be placed in the network and how to manage it - Extensive knowledge of Device Management for Apple OS X & iOS, Windows, and Chrome OS- Support customers with complex networks, to includes network infrastructure, configuration and design.- Work with and collaborate with other departments such as development and support to ensure project success, and customer satisfaction- Meet annual Sales Goals Show less
