I am based in the Mayfair showroom working with the full range of LINLEY products and act as Assistant Manager when need be.My role is client focused, often working with high profile clients, therefore there is an emphasis on exemplary customer service. I monitor client orders, starting with a consulting process, advising and informing clients on the range of luxury furniture, upholstery and accessories and follow the orders progress until delivery to the client.I liaise with nearly all members of the LINLEY team and thoroughly enjoy this aspect of my employment

Stonehaven

I worked with Aberdeenshire Council for many years in order to fund my architectural studies. I undertook the role of Duty Manager and worked full-time hours at Stonehaven Leisure Centre.My role as a Leisure Attendant at Stonehaven Leisure Centre included ensuring all members of the public had a safe yet enjoyable time whilst visiting the centre. I am trained in Health and Safety issues and in First Aid. As Duty Manager, I managed a team of 10 - 15 people daily. I was also expected to undertake a vast amount of administrative work as well as making sure the pool plant ran to a safe and acceptable standard.As a Receptionist work involved a large amount of member care, whether this be selling memberships to new members or updating current members details. Administrative work was fully involved in this role. As a Swimming Instructor, I taught children from ages 5-12yrs how to swim to a standard set by the national body. As well as teaching children, I also liaised with their parents, management and other swimming teachers.Working in the Public Sector was a challenging, yet rewarding experience and I have learned how to work successfully with all members of the public, all members of the management team as well as my fellow employees.

Employed as an Architectural Assistant for over 2 years working on several projects in the London area, South England and Italy.Initially employed for one year to complete the requirements set by the RIBA and I decided to work an extra year with Paul Brookes Architects to continue learning and expanding my knowledge. Thus helping me become better prepared for my return to university as well as when I return to work.Whilst at Paul Brookes I worked well with all members of the team, working with administrative, design and technical staff. I gained a diverse amount of knowledge and experience through this. I worked on many different jobs and saw many different stages of work. I was involved with many projects from conception to completion.
