- Liaise and follow up daily matters for different business units of a high tier bank, such as Credit Cards, Insurance, Premier, Private Bank, Sponsorship and Wealth Management. - Handle and co-ordinate projects from Print to OOH items within tight timeline to meet client’s expectation and satisfaction locally and globally. - Start and manage broadcasting projects, from VO recording and post production matters for various accounts.- Prepare and handle cost estimate of projects, ensuring the profit to be maximized and meet the monthly revenue targets.

- Follow up the credit card projects of the high tier bank to ensure the smooth launch of all marketing communications deliverables. - Carry out the loan team projects on printed materials, such as letter, DM and exterior wall stickers; co-ordinate with production house for installment and dismantle. - Ensure all marketing deliverables are in high quality before output to printers.

- Assist in planning of events as assigned by the project team, help create and execute promotional materials including leaflets, booklets, signage, banners and backdrops. - Liaise and co-ordinate with the service providers of printer and workshop; and provide on-site support with the setting of the event. - Collaborate with internal parties and clients on various brands of insurance, sport and bank to deliver high quality project deliverables within budget and on schedule and post campaign follow up.

- Initialize all copywriting and edit tasks for all marketing communications deliverables, including website content, leaflets, posters, brochures, press releases, eDM, and DM, etc.- Assist the team to design and develop impact and effective promotion materials that are in line with bank policies and requirements.- Co­-ordinate with high tier bank and internal parties to support the launch of marketing programs, such as credit card promotion, including online and offline.- Ensure full compliance of bank policies and regulatory requirements as applicable in the execution of marketing campaign.- Collaborate with design and marketing team on various projects to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs as expected.- Maintain brand consistency and ensure professional and high quality marketing materials are delivered before deadline.
