• Identify workflows at each facility

• Monitor facility documentation compliance for MU Stage1 requirements

• Primary care nurse on medsurg unit and critical care unit performing all aspects of care
• Worked closely with Physicians and Case Management related to discharge planning
• Medication Nurse on a med surge unit
